Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the tutoring services provided by Savvy Tutors, including Savvy Home Tutors and Savvy Online Tutors. By enrolling a student, applying as a tutor or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide home tutoring, online tutoring and exam preparation for students of all levels, and we recruit tutors and teachers. Lessons are delivered by tutors who have met our requirements.

Enrolment

Parents or guardians enrol students through the enrolment form or by contacting us on WhatsApp. We match each student with a suitable tutor and agree the lesson plan and schedule with you before lessons begin.

Fees and payment

Fees depend on the level, subject, exam and type of lessons. We confirm fees and payment arrangements with you at enrolment, before lessons start.

Scheduling and cancellations

Lesson days, times and cancellation arrangements are agreed with you at enrolment. Please tell us as early as possible if a lesson needs to be moved so that we can reschedule where we can.

Results

We work hard to help every student improve, but results depend on many factors, including the student's effort and attendance. We do not guarantee specific grades or exam outcomes.

Conduct and safeguarding

Student welfare comes first. Tutors follow our code of conduct and professional boundaries. Parents and students are asked to treat tutors with respect and to provide a suitable space for lessons. Please report any concern to us immediately.

Tutor applications

Applicants must provide accurate information. We may verify identity, qualifications and references. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or work.
