We use your information to respond to your request, match students with tutors, process tutor applications, arrange lessons and keep in touch about your enrolment or application. We may also contact you about our services.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share a student's details with their assigned tutor only as needed for lessons. Our website host and email provider process information on our behalf.
Chat assistant
Messages you type into the website chat may be processed by an automated assistant to answer your questions. Please do not share passwords or payment details in the chat.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
